Undoing Racism Workshops last for 2 and one half days and include a
historical and institutional analysis of racism, understanding the structure
of oppression, defining and sharing culture, leadership development
and principles of accountability and networking. Trainers are experienced
community organizers.
To find a workshop happening near you, check this website, or call the
office at 617-522-7676. You can also visit the Peoples's Institute for
Survival and Beyond's website at: www.pisab.org
or call them at (504) 301-9292 for information about their organization,
their anti-racist organizing principles and training calendar. If there
is not workshop happening in your region, you can consider organizing
one yourself. See www.pisab.org for
how to organize an Undoing Racism Workshop. Haymarket is working on
raising additional funds to co-sponsor workships around the region.
