The Olneyville Neighborhood Association (ONA) work organizing low-income families, immigrant communities, and people of color in the Olneyville neighborhood is an inspiring model for any organization seeking to build a truly grassroots effort to create a community-led movement to win economic, social and political justice. According to current ONA Team Coordinator Victoria Ruiz, the three words that best describe ONA are “compassionate, forceful, and hopeful!”
