The Haymarket Staff

As Executive Director of Haymarket, Karla applies her experience and skills in community organizing, grassroots individual fundraising, and organizational development, to a focus on strengthening and expanding Haymarket's impact to increase organizational visibility and sustainability is a priority. This vision includes deepening and expanding opportunities with allies, partners, and especially Haymarket grantees to create an antiracism movement for social change in communities across the New England region. Karla finds balance between her organizing work and voter mobilization efforts, with the enjoyments of family, art, long walks, good books, capturing family history, and the company of her husband and grandpup.
